Cookie policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. This site is built to use as few as possible, so there is no cookie banner.

What this site does not use

No advertising cookies, no tracking across other websites and no Google Analytics. Our visitor statistics are counted without cookies (see the privacy policy).

What may be stored

• Forms and the mailing list: the booking, contact and sign up forms work without cookies. A temporary security check may be used to stop spam.
• YouTube videos: videos only load when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy enhanced mode. Once you play one, YouTube may store information on your device. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Logging in: if you log in to the website (only the site owner does), WordPress sets cookies needed to keep you logged in.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, although videos may not play if you block YouTube.
