Questions
Are the classes beginner friendly?
Yes. Beginners start with the foundations and progress at their own pace, and the training adapts to where you start.
Do I need to be fit?
You need a willingness to train. Strength, mobility and stamina build as you go.
Do I need to believe in energy?
No. Treat it as a skill to test. Most people feel something in the first session, and the training works on the body and attention either way. Read my scientific approach to Qi.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable clothes you can move in.
How can I pay for classes?
Drop ins: cash or BACS on the day. Membership is paid monthly by bank transfer (BACS).
Can I attend if I have an injury or health concern?
Yes, in most cases, but please let me know before class so I can adapt movements for your needs and ensure you train safely.
I’m interested but not sure where to begin, what should I do?
Feel free to contact me anytime with questions or to discuss which class is best for you. I’m always happy to help you get started.
Private training is also available, online and in person. Private training
