Booking terms: online courses

Your place. Your booking is for one person, for the live sessions and recordings of the course term you have booked.

Cancellations. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the first session for a refund of the course fee, less a £5 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first session, or after the course has started, are not refundable.

Missed sessions. Recordings are provided for every session, so missed sessions are not refunded or carried over.

Recordings. Recordings are for your personal use only and must not be shared.

Changes. If I need to cancel or move a session, I will let you know as early as possible and offer a replacement session or the recording.

Your health. Practise within your own limits. Tell me about any injuries or health conditions before the course starts. If you are unsure whether the practice is suitable for you, check with a medical professional.
